Three Rivers Community Care cares about our employees. We are here to support you and help you to grow. As a small but rapidly growing company, there are endless opportunities to advance your career and to find a forever home with our company.

Our Employee Benefits

We feel the best way to provide quality care to the individuals we serve is to ensure our employees are happy, healthy, and have access to training and adequate support.

Competitive Pay

We feel that having a livable wage is a right, not a privilege.

We not only provide competitive pay, but we also advocate and lobby at the state and local level for increased reimbursement rates. These increases are passed directly to our staff.

We provide paid training and continuing education opportunities to all of our staff.

We also provide quarterly shadowing and weekly group supervision calls to help staff learn and grow.

Time off

We provide accrued paid time off for all employees regardless of their status as a full-time or part-time employees.

In most cases, we can accommodate requests for unlimited unpaid time off. Life happens and we will try our best to have your job waiting for you when you are ready.

"3RCC gave me the opportunity to impact my community like I never thought possible."

What should you expect when you apply?

We try to be as transparent as possible with the positions and clients we have available. Our job listings are geared towards specific clients or pairs of clients in a specific area. Please apply for those you feel would be a good fit. We will then give you a call and schedule an interview. Our interviews can be done in person at our therapy center in Carnegie, PA or virtually depending on your preference and our availability.

Once we've decided you're a good fit for the team, we extend an offer letter for you to sign virtually, get copies of your clearances and other required documents, and complete the onboarding and training process and client meet and greets!
